Android vs PC works now

It's not for sure where the problem started that was preventing Android from being able to find and join LAN sessions against PC players, but I have added a workaround which shows the IP address on the host device while they're playing, and also allows those joining to join by specific IP address instead of searching for sessions.

This is not as user friendly as simply searching for a session on the same wifi network, but it provides a way to play together cross-platform when the search option doesn't work for your Android device.

Because it's working again (at least for me), I have re-enabled the Android apk in the game downloads. Enjoy :)
